Most of the commonly used spares are held in stock, whilst other parts can usually be obtained within a reasonable time. Pricing is competitive, with discounts available to customers who purchase Slush/Milkshakes products from us on a regular basis.

We offer Repair Call Outs and Workshop Service to customers in our prime service area; again priority and discounts are available to regular customers. A Full workshop Service includes Steam Cleaning of the interior as well as the exterior of the machine, replacement of ‘O’ Rings and Seals where necessary, and, finally, a full 24 hour wet test to check that the machine operates correctly under load. Whilst we can offer spares at any time of the year we regret that, due to workload pressures, we can only offer Repair Call Outs and Workshop Servicing to existing Slush Customers during the main Slush season (March to September). We will be pleased to offer these services to everyone during the winter season when we can give our full attention to the machine without time pressures.
